Art-O-Rama is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.
We can resend the items charging the real average shipping fee of $5.95 per item or refund your order, excluding restocking and shipping costs of $5.95 per item.

If your package gets lost in transit, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.
