This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures regarding refunds and returns once the delivery of your order has been confirmed by the carrier with a tracking number. Confirmation of Delivery:
Once the carrier confirms the delivery of your order by providing a valid tracking number, it implies that the package has reached its intended destination. At this point, our responsibility for the successful delivery of the order is fulfilled.
Refund Eligibility:
We’re happy to offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive faulty or get lost during transit—because you deserve nothing less than a smooth shopping experience.
To maintain fairness for all our customers, we’re unable to process refunds or returns in the following cases: changes of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change shortly after placing an order. Therefore, we accept cancellations within one (1) hour of the purchase. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable:
Art-O-Rama is not responsible for return shipping if a customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it into the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.
We can resend the items by charging a shipping/restocking fee of $5.95 per item or refund your order, including a shipping/restocking fee of $5.95 per item.
Exceptions:
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to providing the best possible customer service. Therefore, we will consider exceptions to this policy in the following situations:
a. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange process. b. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item different from what you ordered, please notify our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or provide an appropriate solution.
c. Non-Delivery: In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within a reasonable time frame or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

a. Product Condition: For eligible returns, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
